How do I set my Broker Team email preferences?

Let your Broker Team members decide what emails they need and pass on what they don’t.

An overflowing inbox has never been the ideal way to start your week, which is why we’re introducing email customization for Broker Team members. Instead of each Broker Team member receiving all of the same emails that are sent to the account owner, you can pick and choose which email types pertain to you. This provides flexibility without sacrificing the transparency and access you get from being on a Broker Team. It’s up to you to decide what ends up in your inbox.

Below we’ll detail how you can individually select and deselect which communications you’ll see.

How to customize your Broker Team emails:

  1. Go to your Settings page, where you'll find a new section with your Broker Teams Email Preferences.
  2. You’ll find a list of all the emails you can receive as a broker team member below, listed by theme.
  3. Select which emails you’d like to receive for your broker teammates’ clients, and deselect those you don’t. 
  4. Make sure you add any relevant team members to your default broker team from your Broker Team page.

Emails are still on by default for all existing brokers, but any brokers added to a team after this update was released will start with all emails turned off in their Broker Team Email Settings.
